  • • 5 large potatoes;
  • • 150 g of champignons;
  • • 1 medium carrot;
  • • 1 onion;
  • • 70 g mozzarella (cheese);
  • • 1 tablespoon of sour cream;
  • • half a teaspoon of fine salt;
  • • vegetable oil;
  • • 1 teaspoon rosemary and ground thyme powder;
  • • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

For this dish, select large oblong potato tubers, without damage. Wash thoroughly from dirt under running water, it is better to use an ordinary kitchen sponge for dishes, it will clean the entire surface of the potatoes well.

Step 2

Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Blot the halves with a kitchen paper towel. Make several shallow punctures with a fork at the cut points on each potato half. Place the potatoes in a deep bowl.

Step 3

Pour vegetable oil into a small container (for example, a small bowl or kosushka), then add salt, ground herbs: thyme and rosemary. If you have dried herb twigs, then you just need to grind them in a mortar along with salt. Stir the contents of the container until smooth.

Step 4

Pour the salty mixture of butter and herbs into a bowl of potatoes, stir all the ingredients with your hands. Thus, it turns out that the potato halves will be greased.

Step 5

Put parchment paper for baking on a flat baking sheet (over the entire area), put the potatoes on it, slices down. Preheat the oven and bake the potatoes for 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees.

Step 6

Wash fresh mushrooms, peel and cut into small random slices. Coarsely grate the carrots, cut the onion into cubes.

Step 7

Heat a frying pan with a little oil, add the onion first, fry until transparent. Then add carrots and mushrooms. Fry until the products are ready, at the end add a spoonful of sour cream and mix. Grate the cheese on a grater with large cells.

Step 8

Remove the "middle" from the baked potatoes with a teaspoon, the remaining crust should resemble a "boat". Mix the potato pulp with fried mushrooms, add salt to taste if necessary. Fill the "boats" with potato and mushroom filling, put grated cheese on top.

Step 9

Bake for only 5 minutes at the same 200 degrees.
