Pork baked in a marinade of mustard, adjika and Worcester sauce is a versatile dish that requires a minimum amount of ingredients and a minimum of labor on the part of the hostess. Such pork is prepared very quickly, it is baked for an hour and a half, after which it is immediately served.
Ingredients:
- 0.8 kg pork neck (whole piece);
- 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds and adjika;
- 1 onion;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 1 teaspoon of Worcester sauce and suneli hops.
Preparation:
- Peel, wash and dry the garlic. Cut three garlic cloves into slices, and the fourth into small cubes.
- Wash a piece of meat and dry it with paper towels. Then grate the suneli hops and salt, cut in several places and stuff with garlic slices.
- Combine mustard with garlic cubes, Worcestershire sauce and adjika. Mix until smooth and apply this sauce to the meat, rubbing in from all sides.
- Peel and wash both onions. Cut one onion into rings, and the other into small cubes.
- Put the marinated meat on foil, sprinkle with onion cubes and cover with onion rings. In this case, the onion rings do not need to be disconnected from each other.
- Wrap the prepared meat in foil and send to the cold oven. Then turn on the oven and heat it up to 180 ° C. Bake the pork for about an hour and a half.
- Unwind the foil 10 minutes before the end of cooking, and continue to bake its contents so that it acquires an appetizing and golden brown crust. The baked meat will be juicy, tender, soft and very tasty.
- So, remove the finished meat from the oven, unwind, cool a little, chop and serve with fresh cherry tomatoes, herbs and, if desired, with a side dish.
