Cream soup is a very tasty and refined dish worthy of the highest cuisine, is most often associated with proper nutrition and is considered a non-nutritive dish. This is a great option for lunch or light dinner.
It is necessary
- For soup:
- - 1 liter of water;
- - 400 g of champignons;
- - 100 g of gouda cheese;
- - 180 g bacon;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour;
- - 150 ml of dry white wine;
- - 200 ml of cream (23%);
- - ground white pepper;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - nutmeg;
- - 400 g of processed cheese (President cream);
- - salt;
- For cheese sticks:
- - 1 egg;
- - confectionery paper;
- - 70 g of Swiss cheese;
- - 500 g of puff yeast-free dough;
- - vegetable oil (for lubrication);
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the finished dough into 6 rectangles. Brush the dough with a beaten egg. Sprinkle 3 plates with finely grated Swiss cheese, cover with the rest of the plates and press well together.
Step 2
After cutting the plates into strips 1 cm wide, twist each in a spiral. Place on a baking sheet, lined with parchment and oiled with vegetable oil. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the soup bacon and fry in a dry skillet until crisp, set aside for garnish. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Grate the Goudou cheese on a fine grater.
Step 4
Fry the mushrooms in a saucepan in oil until golden brown, leave 1 tablespoon for decoration. After dusting the mushrooms with flour, save a little. While stirring, add 1 liter of water, wine and cream, let it boil. While stirring the soup, add gouda, melted cheese and bacon. After boiling, simmer for 3 minutes.

Season with nutmeg, white pepper and salt to taste. Serve creamy cheese sticks soup garnished with sautéed mushrooms and bacon.
