How to make a simple version of Caesar salad
Remove the crust from the bread, cut into small cubes and drizzle with butter. Dry the bread in the oven over the lowest heat or fry in a pan. Take out and refrigerate. Instead of homemade croutons, to save time, you can use ready-made purchased croutons.
Dip raw eggs very carefully in boiling water so that the shell does not crack. Cook for one minute. Then put them in cold water until they cool completely. Remove the shells and grind the eggs in a blender. Add chopped garlic, juice of one lemon, salt and pepper to your taste.
In a separate bowl, combine the mustard and soy sauce. Pour olive oil into them for greater thickness and taste, add crushed eggs. This will be your Caesar salad dressing.
Spread garlic on the plate in which you will serve the appetizer and put the torn salad on the bottom, and on top of it crackers and dressing. Then sprinkle everything with grated cheese on a coarse grater.
