This recipe is dedicated to all lovers of jellied meat. It is ideal for fasting days as it does not contain meat. The dish is very healthy due to its vegetable ingredients.

It is necessary

  • - 3 zucchini zucchini;
  • - 2 onion heads;
  • - 3 sweet red and yellow peppers;
  • - 300 g of cauliflower;
  • - 300 g broccoli;
  • - 200 g green beans;
  • - 300 g of overripe tomatoes;
  • - 150 g green peas;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of gelatin;
  • - seasonings for broth;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the courgette and slice it obliquely. Break the cauliflower and broccoli into inflorescences, peel the bean pods.

Step 2

Bring the salted water to a boil, send the cooked vegetables there and cook until tender. Remove vegetables and drain. Peel the tomatoes and cut into circles. Chop the onion into half rings and rinse the onion rings in cold water.

Step 3

Soak gelatin in warm water for 15 minutes, stir it so that there are no lumps. Pour the dissolved gelatin into the water from boiled vegetables and season with aromatic seasoning.

Step 4

Before the jellied meat finally hardens, put the boiled vegetables in a hardening mold in such an order that they create a certain color scheme. Gently fill each layer of vegetables with liquid. After hardening, the aspic can be removed onto a serving dish and cut into large pieces.
