It is necessary

  • - 800 g pork
  • - 300 g of mushrooms
  • - half carrots
  • - 150 g bell pepper
  • - 150 g peas
  • - 100 g dill
  • - 150 g homemade mayonnaise
  • - 150 g of hard cheese
  • - salt, pepper to taste
  • - mustard
  • - vegetable oil

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the carrots and grate. Rinse the mushrooms and cut them coarsely enough, as they will give off excess moisture when frying and shrink in size. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut into small slices.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a skillet and leave the vegetables to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Peas can be either canned or frozen. Send it to the rest of the vegetables. Cool the filling and place in a bowl. Add chopped dill and season with salt and pepper. Stir the contents.

Step 3

Season the stews with homemade mayonnaise and grated cheese. Rinse the meat under running water, dry it. Make a pocket in the meat and brush it with mustard, you can add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Place as much of the filling in the meat pocket and sew up with thread or toothpicks. Cook the meat in a hot skillet for 2 minutes on each side to form a crust.

Step 5

Spread the foil on a baking sheet in several layers so that the juice from the meat does not leak out of it during cooking. Cook the roll for an hour and a half, then unfold the foil and send the meat to the oven so that it turns brownish on top. Remove unnecessary threads from the roll. Cut the meat into small slices and serve.
