Rabbit meat is considered a dietary product, as it contains a small amount of fat. A rabbit cooked in a slow cooker turns out to be simply excellent, incredibly tender and fragrant.

Rabbit with prunes in a slow cooker

For cooking, you will need the following products:

- 2.5 kg of fresh rabbit fillet;

- 4 carrots;

- 4 onion heads;

- 250 g pitted prunes;

- 4 tablespoons ketchup;

- 4 tablespoons sour cream 20% (you can take mayonnaise);

- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil;

- 3 cloves of garlic;

- 2 tsp ready-made mustard;

- a little of any fragrant greens;

- spices, salt, spices according to your taste.

Pour hot water into a bowl and soak the prunes there for an hour. Wash the rabbit fillet, cut into medium cubes. Put them in a multicooker bowl, pre-grease it with vegetable oil. Set the baking mode, fry the meat for 35 minutes. Rinse the carrots and onions and peel them. Cut the carrots into strips and the onions into rings. Then add the vegetables to the meat and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, resulting in 40 minutes.

Then pour 2/3 of the rabbit meat with water, add sour cream, pour in the ketchup and mustard. Season with spices and herbs, salt. Mix everything thoroughly. On the "stewing" mode, cook for 1, 5 hours. 30 minutes before the time runs out, add the prunes there. Peel the garlic, chop it well. Pour it into the bowl with all the components 12 minutes before turning it off.

Put the finished dish on a large plate, sprinkle with chopped herbs. You can serve the rabbit with any side dish.

Appetizing boiled rabbit with vegetables in a slow cooker

For cooking you will need products:

- 700 g rabbit fillet;

- 5 cherry tomatoes;

- 3 stalks of leeks;

- 200 g of cauliflower;

- 200 g green beans;

- 200 g of Brussels sprouts;

- spices, salt according to your taste.

Rinse the leeks, cut off the white part of it and chop it well, put it in the multicooker bowl. Wash the rabbit fillet, cut into medium pieces, put on the onion. Salt, season everything with pepper, stir. Fill the meat completely with water.

Rinse both cabbage and green beans. Cut everything into middle pieces. Place the steamer on top of the bowl. Then send vegetables there. Add salt, sprinkle with pepper, cover. Switch on the “multi-cook” mode, select the type of product (meat), cooking time 25 minutes.

When ready, place the rabbit meat and boiled vegetables on a large plate. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and decorate the finished dish. If you wish, you can sprinkle the vegetables with aromatic lemon juice.
