Step 1
Beat eggs with milk and salt with a mixer until a thick foam is formed. Grease a bowl with butter and pour the whipped egg mixture into it.
Step 2
There are two options for steaming an omelette:
a) in a double boiler;
b) if there is no double boiler, then you can make a water bath at home. To do this, you need a saucepan and a china bowl.
Put a bowl in a saucepan with boiling water, after checking if boiling water is pouring in a bowl with an omelet. Cover and cook for about 8 minutes.
