You will need:
- flour - 1/2 cup;
- eggs - 4 pcs.;
- butter - 125 g;
- sugar - 3-4 tbsp. spoons;
- cream - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- water - 1 glass;
- vanilla sugar to taste.
Cooking process in stages
Mix softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Whisk the egg yolks and salt until fluffy and transfer to the mixture with softened butter.
Beat the resulting mixture with a mixer until a thick foam forms. Mix the sifted flour with baking soda and a little water. Then put it in the egg-oil mixture and mix thoroughly.
Then pour in the remaining water, cream and mix until smooth. Whisk the chilled egg whites into a fluffy froth, gently pour into the dough and stir gently with a wooden spatula. Fry the waffles for 2-5 minutes in a preheated electric waffle iron.
Viennese waffles: homemade recipe with milk
You will need:
- sugar - 200 g;
- flour - 1 glass;
- eggs - 4 pcs.;
- butter - 120 g;
- milk - 2.5 cups;
- dry yeast - 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
- rum or rum essence;
- vanilla.
Step by step cooking process
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks until thick foam and combine with flour and salt, using a mixer at this stage if possible. Warm milk to room temperature, melt butter. Pour milk and butter into the dough, stir so that no lumps remain in the dough.

You will need:
- butter - 150 g;

- milk - 1 cup;
- sugar - 3/4 cup;
- baking powder for dough - 1/2 teaspoon.
Step-by-step cooking process
Crack the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites with a mixer until standing peaks, adding a pinch of salt to them. Refrigerate the protein foam. Melt the butter and heat the milk until warm.

You will need:
