All housewives know not by hearsay the recipe for the Pomegranate Bracelet salad. But there is another recipe with a similar name - "Amber Bracelet". You can surprise your guests with this salad. All beauty, of course, is in the design. As the name suggests, there will be a yellow color that would give your meal regular canned corn.
It is necessary
- For the salad:
- canned corn - 1 can
- boiled chicken leg (medium) - 1 pc.
- small boiled beets - 1 pc.
- boiled potatoes - 3 pcs.
- smoked cheese - 300 gr
- onion - 1 pc.
- mayonnaise
- salt to taste
- For the marinade:
- 1 glass of water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Sahara
- 1/2 tsp 70% vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to pickle the onion. Add salt, sugar and vinegar to the water. Mix well. Chop the onion (do not grind, medium cutting) and dip it in the marinade for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cook separately chicken leg, beetroot and potatoes. The water needs to be salted. After cooking, finely chop the meat, and rub the vegetables and cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Lay out the salad in layers. Do not forget to coat each layer with mayonnaise. For this we need a large flat plate. To get the shape of a bracelet, put a glass in the middle of the dish and proceed:
1 layer - potatoes
2nd layer - pickled onions
3 layer - chicken leg
4th layer - smoked cheese
5 layer - beets
6 layer - corn
