Minced fish fritters are very similar to regular fish cakes. However, the cutlets have to be sculpted by hand, while the pancakes must be kneaded and spooned into the pan - the hands remain clean.
It is necessary
- - pepper;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - onion - 1 piece;
- - flour - 3 tablespoons;
- - sour cream - 100 g;
- - eggs - 2 pcs;
- - minced fish - 500 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Pass the onion and fish through a meat grinder. You can grate with a fine grater instead, or whisk into a paste with a blender. Combine pepper, salt, onion, sour cream, eggs and minced fish.
Step 2
Add enough flour to the mass so that you end up with a thick dough. Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil inside. Put the prepared dough on a hot surface with a tablespoon.
Step 3
Fry the pancakes on both sides, covered, until golden brown. The pancakes will brown quickly but remain moist on the inside over high heat. In such cases, try to reduce the fire.
Step 4
Ready-made minced fish fritters can be served cold or hot - they will be equally tasty. Tomatoes, herbs and other vegetables washed in water will help to complement the dish.
