It is necessary

  • - ½ tsp basilica;
  • - 6 pcs. chicken breasts;
  • - 2 tbsp. butter;
  • - ¼ Art. olive oil;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • - 200 g of spaghetti;
  • - 100 g of cheese;
  • - 800 g tomato paste;
  • - 1 tbsp. bread crumbs;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 2 eggs.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Add a little salt to the breadcrumbs, stir and pour into a flat plate. In a bowl, beat eggs with pepper using a mixer.

Step 2

Divide the breasts into two equal portions along the bone. Dip each chunk of chicken in an egg and then thoroughly coat them in breadcrumbs. All meat should be evenly covered with breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a skillet, and then gently transfer the meat in breadcrumbs there. Cook the meat on each side for 3 minutes. The crackers should turn light brown.

Step 4

Now transfer the pieces of meat to a fireproof mold. Lightly fry the garlic passed through a press in a pan with olive oil. Add the tomato paste and basil to the garlic. Switch to low heat and simmer for another 8 minutes. Don't forget to stir.

Step 5

Now put the butter in the pan and let it melt. Pour the resulting sauce over the meat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan on top. Let the meat cook for 30 minutes, covering it with foil.

Step 6

Now you can start garnishing. Boil the spaghetti, discard them in a colander. Place them in the skillet with the remaining sauce. Stir the spaghetti well and simmer over low heat. Once the chicken is done, place the spaghetti in the sauce on the bottom of the plate with the chicken on top. Serve hot.
