It would seem that it could be easier than stewing cabbage with meat. However, the secret of making bigus lies in the details. Therefore, in order to prepare a really tasty dish, you need to follow certain rules.

- - Beef - 500 g;
- - Apple - 1 piece;
- - White wine - 0.5 glasses;
- - Tomatoes 2-3 pcs;

- - Vinegar, sugar, salt - to taste;

Step 1
Cut fresh cabbage, add sauerkraut to it. Put everything in a container with a little water and put it on simmer over low heat.

Meanwhile, cut the meat into small pieces and fry until golden brown. After frying, place the meat in a bowl of cabbage. Continue simmering over low heat.

Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the vegetables in the pan in which the meat was fried. Do not fry too much - 5-7 minutes is enough. Then place the vegetables in the bigus bowl.

When the meat and cabbage are tender, you can add diced sausage, sausages. Such an additive will significantly ennoble the taste of the dish, make it richer and richer.

Take a small apple, peel, grate on a coarse grater and place in a bigus. Also add half a glass of white wine. Season the dish with tomato paste or tomatoes. If you are using tomatoes, it is better to peel, cut into small pieces and darken a little in a skillet.
