Clean the dried fruit from debris and rinse well with cold water. Pour 60 ° C hot water over clean fruits, do not use boiling water, so that they remain as useful as possible.

Dissolve the butter in a water bath and add curry and paprika to it. Transfer the seasoned oil to a skillet and saute the mixture over very low heat.

Remove any swollen dried fruit from the water and squeeze lightly to remove excess water. Cut the figs and dried apricots into small pieces, and leave the raisins intact.

Sort and rinse the rice, cover it with cold water and put on high heat. When the water boils, reduce heat and cook the rice for 10-15 minutes. Add seasoned oil and dried fruits to the finished cereal, mix everything carefully.

Place the bowl of rice in a preheated oven and keep it in it for 7 minutes. Put the finished dish on a tray, garnish with sliced bananas, dates, apple and pineapple slices on top, sprinkle with grated almonds.

Rinse the rice and cover it with cold water and let sit for forty minutes. While the rice is soaking, rinse the raisins, rinse the prunes and cut into pieces. Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips, simmer in a little water.

Add water to the swollen rice so that it covers 1 cm of the cereal and put on fire. When the water boils, add prunes, raisins, and stewed carrots to the rice. Cook for a few minutes with dried fruits and carrots, then pour vegetable oil into it and salt. Cook until rice is crumbly. Put the finished dish on plates, garnish with chopped nuts and pieces of fruit on top.
