Spaghetti has long been included in our lives. But they can be used not only as a side dish, but also prepared as a very tasty and satisfying dish. This recipe with the simplest ingredients, you will surely enjoy the ease of execution and the minimum amount of time it takes to prepare it.

It is necessary

  • - 500 g of spaghetti;
  • - 50 g heavy cream;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 1 small onion;
  • - 1/2 yellow sweet pepper;
  • - 150 g Mozzarella cheese;
  • - 150 g tomato;
  • - 200 g smoked bacon;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - butter;
  • - salt and pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Start with garlic and onions. Remove the husks from them and grind. Then stew a little in a pan with vegetable oil.

Step 2

Cut the bacon into small slices or grind with a blender. When the onion and garlic are slightly browned, transfer the bacon to them and fry everything together a little.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into large slices. Place in a skillet with bacon.

Step 3

Simmer until half of the liquid has evaporated from the tomato. Remove from heat. While the bacon in the tomato sauce is cooling, grind the bell peppers and cheese. Whisk the eggs a little.

Step 4

Now combine the bacon in the sauce, chopped bell peppers and cheese, beaten eggs and cream, adding just a little salt. Place a pot of water on the fire. Pour in a little vegetable or olive oil, salt. When the water boils, add the spaghetti and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 5

When the spaghetti is cooked, place it in a greased baking bowl with oil. Pour the mixture prepared earlier on top. Stir just a little.

Preheat the oven and cook the casserole for 20-25 minutes, set the temperature to 220 C.
