Spaghetti is considered an ideal side dish for many dishes. It is served with meat, fish, sauces and just with grated cheese. The spaghetti casserole is one of the quick and original cooking options for these long noodles.

- Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.;
- Tomatoes - 300 g;
- Green onions - 1 bunch;
- Parsley - 1 bunch;
- Minced meat (or minced meat) - 400 g;
- Garlic - 2 cloves;
- Eggs - 2 pcs.;
- Milk - 150 ml;
- Grated cheese - 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the spaghetti in salted water, then let the noodles cool. Minced meat or minced meat must be fried in a pan with chopped garlic.

Bell peppers and tomatoes should be washed and peeled. It is easier to do this by pouring boiling water over them. Then the vegetables need to be finely chopped, green onions and parsley are also chopped.

Next, you need to prepare the sauce for the casserole. To do this, eggs are beaten. The cheese needs to be grated. After that, milk should be poured into the eggs and beat again. Then grated cheese and chopped parsley (about two tablespoons) must be added to the sauce, and mixed thoroughly.

After preparing all the ingredients, you can proceed to forming the casserole. To do this, put half of the spaghetti on the bottom of the mold, then the meat is laid out, then chopped tomatoes and bell peppers, the final layer is the second half of the noodles.
Step 5
Finally, pour the pre-cooked sauce over the casserole and place in the oven. The dish takes about 20-25 minutes to cook.
