    • 2 chicken breasts.
    • For brine:

    • bay leaf 2 pcs.
    • For the marinade:
    • honey 2 tablespoons;
    • vegetable oil;
    • soy sauce 1 tablespoon;
    • garlic 2 cloves;
    • ground black pepper 1 tsp;
    • paprika 1 tbsp

Step 1

Prepare the chicken fillet - the breast. Use boneless pulp. Rinse under water to remove the smallest bones and adhering particles. First you need to marinate the chicken breast in salted cold water with the addition of bay leaves. Salt is taken at the rate of 1 tbsp. without a slide for 1.5 tbsp. water. Chicken breast is placed in saline solution for 2 hours. The water should completely cover the chicken.

In the meantime, prepare the marinade. The marinade should be spicy. Garlic is included in any pastor's recipe, as well as vegetable oil. Add black pepper, paprika, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon to this composition. soy sauce. Mix everything thoroughly. The garlic should be finely chopped.
