It is necessary

  • - 300 g of black canned olives (preferably pitted);
  • - 1 large bell pepper;
  • - 1 chili pepper;
  • - juice of ½ lemon;
  • - 4 cloves of garlic;
  • - a bunch of parsley;
  • - blender.

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the olives from the marinade / brine. Cut them in half, remove the seeds. Watch carefully so that none are left: after crushing it will be very difficult to detect and extract from the dark mass. Place the chopped black olives in a blender.

Step 2

Cut both bell peppers and chili peppers. Chop them small and add to the chopped olives. Place parsley leaves, a few cloves of garlic and the juice of half a lemon there.

Step 3

Grind all ingredients until smooth. Try the product you received. Be careful: if the olives were in a saturated brine, the sauce will turn out to be very salty. Correct this situation with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add them to the mass and mix everything again in a blender.
