Pork goulash is a delicious and nutritious dish. It can be eaten every day and served on the festive table. Hungarian goulash evokes especially good reviews. Moreover, in the classic recipe, it is prepared from beef, but in Russia such goulash with pork is more popular.

It is necessary

    • 100 gr onions
    • 40 g of vegetable oil
    • 3 teaspoons ground paprika
    • 1 teaspoon of cumin
    • 1 kg pork neck
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 250 gr tomatoes
    • 150 gr sour cream. 10 grams of corn flour.

Instructions

Step 1

Slice the onion into rings. Place in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and sauté in vegetable oil until the onions are translucent. This will take about 3 minutes. Add spices and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring thoroughly.

Step 2

Cut the meat into cubes, cutting off excess fat. Place in a saucepan with onions and fry a little. Then pour water into the pot (it should cover the meat) and salt. Bring everything to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for an hour or more.

Step 3

Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Half an hour before cooking, add the chopped tomatoes to the meat pan. 1-2 minutes before cooking, gradually add corn flour and sour cream to the dish, mix gently and bring to a boil. Goulash can be served.
