One way or another, all diet baking recipes revolve around cottage cheese. And for good reason. It is tasty, healthy and at the same time low in calories. It is also important that cottage cheese contains a lot of protein (up to 20 g per 100 g of product). So, to make cheesecake we need:

  • 1 tablespoon bran;
  • two tablespoons of natural (or Greek) yogurt without additives;
  • five tablespoons of oatmeal;
  • one egg;
  • fructose;
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder.

Mix the ingredients and it is advisable to leave them for a while so that the oatmeal swells and the cake is not tough. Cover the baking dish with baking parchment, lay out the dough and bake for no more than 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 175-180 degrees.

To prepare the curd mass, take 400 grams of cottage cheese (it is better to take low-fat, but 5% is allowed), 200 grams of natural yogurt without additives, 30 grams of gelatin, two proteins. Dissolve gelatin in water (or low-fat milk), mix with cottage cheese, yogurt, fructose. Beat the whites separately and combine them with the curd mixture, stirring thoroughly. Spread the curd mixture over the base and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least an hour.

For the crust, take 400 grams of cottage cheese, one and a half glasses of natural yogurt without additives, two eggs, sweetener, lemon juice, cookies for the base (160 gr). Grind cookies with a blender or by hand, mix with apple juice until plastic.

Mix cottage cheese, sweetener and lemon juice, add a little starch, beat eggs separately, mix everything. First, put the base in the multicooker bowl, then pour the curd mass and cook in the Baking mode for one hour.
