Step 1
Pour the rice washed several times in advance with milk and boil in a small saucepan until tender. Pour fructose into it.
Step 2
Beat the eggs in a separate deep bowl. Grease a mold with oil, put apricots in it, place a layer of rice on top.

Pour the beaten eggs on top, sprinkle with nutmeg. Preheat oven to 200oC, place a baking dish there and bake the dish for 15 minutes.
