  • - 7 pcs. eggplant;
  • - 3 pcs. eggs;
  • - 150g white loaf;
  • - 330 ml of milk;
  • - 220g of different types of cheese;
  • - 13 large basil leaves;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, you need to cut the eggplants in half (lengthwise) and boil them for 12 minutes in salted water. Then drain the water, cool the eggplants, squeeze out the water from them and carefully remove the pulp from the inside, leaving a little on the walls.

Step 2

Soak the loaf in milk, chop the eggplant pulp, add to the loaf.

Step 3

Drive eggs into the mixture, salt and pepper and add finely chopped garlic.

Step 4

Finely grate the whole cheese, chop the basil leaves. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Fill the eggplants with the resulting mixture and bake them in the oven for 35 minutes.
