Classic omelet
To prepare a classic omelet, you need to take 5 chicken eggs, 250 ml of fresh milk and salt to taste. Eggs are gently broken with the blunt side of a knife, poured into a bowl and mixed with milk. Then they are salted, if desired, add any seasoning and beat with a mixer or a kitchen whisk. The whipped omelet mixture is poured into a mold, placed on the middle grill of the airfryer, heated to 200 ° C, and baked in it for fifteen to twenty minutes.
When whisking an omelet with a kitchen whisk, just beat the eggs and milk until a light foam forms, so that the mixture does not become too thick.
To prevent the classic omelet in the airfryer from getting overdried, you need to carefully observe it. At the first appearance of a fried golden crust, the dish must be immediately removed from the airfryer, carefully removed from the mold and cut into portions. The finished omelet should have a smooth, slightly shiny cut and a slightly porous and juicy texture. If desired, you can decorate it with finely chopped sausage and sprinkle with a little mayonnaise.
Omelet with tomatoes and cheese
To prepare an airy cheese omelet with tomatoes, you need to take 5 chicken eggs, 0.5 cups of fresh milk, 1 large meaty tomato, 2 teaspoons of sifted flour, 100 g of any hard cheese, 2 sprigs of dill, 1 tablespoon of mineral water and a pinch of your favorite spices …
Chop the tomato and dill, beat milk and flour in a bowl, add chicken eggs to them and beat thoroughly with a mixer again. Then chopped dill and tomato slices, as well as cheese grated on a coarse grater are added to the future omelet. It is not recommended to additionally salt this omelet, since the cheese in the recipe already has sufficient saltiness.
Finally, spices are added to the bowl with the omelet and mineral water is poured in, the bubbles of which will make the omelet more airy and fluffy. The prepared mixture is poured into a mold greased with butter and placed on the lower grill of the airfryer heated to 180 ° C. At the same time, the ventilation rate should be medium, and the cooking time for the omelet should not exceed fifteen minutes.
After the surface of the omelet is covered with a golden brown crust and rises, the dish can be taken out of the airfryer and served with a side dish or as an independent breakfast.
