There is no point in buying expensive sweets in supermarkets if you know how to make a nutella-like pasta at home. A simple and affordable recipe gives an amazing result - this pasta tastes very similar to the original, while only natural products are used for its preparation. So, how to prepare an analogue of nutella at home?
It is necessary
- - icing sugar - 0.5 cups
- - milk - 0.5 cups
- - condensed milk - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - nuts - 70 g;
- - butter - 150 g.
Instructions
Step 1
For chocolate spread, you can use any nuts, including walnuts or peanuts. But if you want a taste similar to Nutella, hazelnuts are best. First, the nuts need to be peeled and fried. Then you need to grind in any convenient way. A coffee grinder is also suitable, but the most ideal option is obtained in a blender - there you can grind the nuts to such a state that they, thanks to the released oil, give a semi-liquid consistency.
Step 2
Pour sugar and cocoa into a non-stick saucepan. Pour milk in a thin stream, stirring until an even mass without lumps. Add condensed milk. We put the saucepan on low heat and heat with constant stirring. If you don't have a non-stick pot, you can use a regular water bath bowl.
Step 3
Add chopped nuts to the mixture and mix until smooth. Then add butter and heat without boiling. We keep the paste over low heat, not letting it boil, until it acquires a thick, creamy consistency.
Step 4
Pour the pasta into jars, cool at room temperature, and then put in the refrigerator. As soon as the mass has completely cooled down, it is ready for use.
Step 5
If you want to make the pasta two-color, just like the real one, then make half the mass with the addition of cocoa, half without. Then place both pieces in separate piping bags. Take both bags and squeeze both masses from them simultaneously into jars.
