Chocolate nut spread is a wonderful dessert for adults and children. Parents appreciate it for its benefits, and kids love it for its taste.

This sweetness can be a great breakfast or a great addition to tea drinking.

Ingredients

To make chocolate-nut spread at home, you will need the following products:

- hazelnuts, 200 grams;

- flour, 2 tbsp. spoons;

- cocoa, 3 tbsp. spoons;

- sugar or fructose, 3 tbsp. spoons;

- egg, 1 pc.;

- milk, 200 ml;

- butter, 50 grams;

- vanilla sugar, 3 grams.

This recipe uses hazelnuts, but you can also use walnuts, almonds, cashews, or whatever is available or you like.

Start with the nuts. Put the hazelnuts in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for a few minutes. There he should stay for about 15-20 minutes. Then remove the nuts, peel them and grind them in a blender or using a wooden crush. Should get nut flour.

Take a cold dish and add flour to thicken the pasta. Add cocoa and sugar (or fructose) to it. Mix all this thoroughly until smooth. Boil milk in a separate saucepan, cool.

Beat the egg, add to the mixture obtained earlier and mix everything well with a whisk. While stirring, gradually pour in half (100 ml) of boiled but cooled milk. You should have a homogeneous mixture that resembles sour cream or melted chocolate in thickness. Make sure there are no lumps. Once a smooth paste is obtained, pour out the remaining milk, stir again and add the chopped nuts.

Place the chocolate-nut mixture on the stove over medium heat. It is necessary to bring the pasta to a boil, while constantly stirring it. For mixing the hot mass, it is advisable to take a wooden spoon. As a result, you should get a thick mass with small bubbles. After you find that the pasta has reached such a consistency, turn off the stove and add butter and vanilla sugar to the container, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Check if there are lumps left, then the pasta can be whipped with a blender again. The chocolate-nut dessert is served cold with savory bread products - white or black bread, unleavened buns.
