If you love rolls and want to diversify your menu, try making beef rolls with vegetables. They turn out to be very tasty and satisfying.
It is necessary
- - 10 slices of beef, thinly sliced
- - 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - 2 tbsp. olive oil
- - spices for meat
- For filling:
- - 1 carrot
- - half zucchini
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - a bunch of green onions
- - 1 bell pepper
- - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- For balsamic glaze:
- - a quarter cup of beef broth
- - 1 tbsp. finely chopped shallots
- - a quarter of balsamic vinegar
- - 1 tsp butter
- - 1 tbsp. brown sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into thin strips and beat lightly.
Step 2
Then season these strips well with pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce and marinate them for 1-2 hours.
Step 3
While the meat is marinating, prepare the filling. To do this, cut all the ingredients into thin strips, and the garlic into slices.
Step 4
To prepare the sauce, melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Step 5
Add finely chopped shallots there and simmer for 2-4 minutes, until the onions are translucent.
Step 6
Add balsamic vinegar, beef broth and brown sugar and stir.
Step 7
Bring the sauce to a boil and cook to almost ½ its volume, the sauce should be similar in consistency to syrup, then remove the pan from the heat and pour the contents into a cup.
Step 8
In the same skillet, add olive oil and toss the garlic, then fry a little until light aroma.
Step 9
Then increase the temperature and add carrots, courgette and bell peppers. Sauté vegetables for 3-4 minutes, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt and place in a cup.
Step 10
In order to collect the rolls, take a pickled strip and put it up with the short side, put a part of the filling on top, roll it up and secure it in the middle with a toothpick.

Heat a frying pan over high heat, add oil to it.
Step 12
Place the rolls seam side down and fry for a few minutes on each side until golden brown, when you turn it over, brush it with the prepared sauce on both sides.
Step 13
Finally, remove the toothpicks and pour the prepared balsamic sauce over the rolls.
