Peel, wash and dry the potatoes. Cut into cubes, about 1 x 1 cm. Remove the husk from the garlic and dice it.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, put the prepared food in it and immediately turn the heat to maximum. Stirring occasionally, let the potatoes brown evenly.

As soon as the potatoes are browned, add salt to taste, cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat to low and simmer until fully cooked (15-20 minutes), stirring occasionally gently.
