Delicate cutlets from the well-known delicious pike will perfectly diversify your table. You can serve such cutlets with almost any side dish; they go well with vegetables and various sauces.

- - 200 g of bacon;
- - 250 g cream;
- - 2 pcs. potatoes;
- - 100 g green onions;
- - 100 g of dill greens;
- - 4 things. a clove of garlic;
- - 10 g of mustard;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
To cook these tender cutlets, you need one large pike or you can take two small ones. The fish is best taken fresh. If the fish has been frozen, defrost it well before cooking, preferably in warm water, or simply let it defrost on its own. Do not use the microwave, it does not heat evenly in it.
Step 2
While the fish is thawing, wash the potatoes, peel and grate them on a fine grater. Rinse the green onions and dill well in cold water, let the greens dry a little, and then chop very finely.
Step 3
Whisk the cream in a small blender cup. Wash the garlic, peel and chop finely. Add chopped garlic and herbs to the whipped cream.
Step 4
Fish, clean, rinse well, remove large bones. Scroll the fish fillet several times in a meat grinder or blender. Add cream with herbs and grated potatoes to the resulting minced meat, mix well with clean hands. Add some mustard and salt and pepper.
Step 5
Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed skillet. Shape into patties and lightly fry on both sides. Place baking paper on a baking sheet, place cutlets and bake in the oven for half an hour at maximum temperature.
