- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- green and yellow bell peppers - 4 pcs.;
- fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- radish - a bunch.;
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- feta cheese - 100 g;
- crackers - 20 g;
- olives - 15 pcs.;
- olive oil, salt, sugar, bite, black pepper, table mustard - to taste;
- parsley and lettuce - for decoration.
How to make an Italian Ligurian salad
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences. Peel the bean pods from the veins. Boil the prepared cauliflower inflorescences and bean pods.
Wash and peel vegetables. Peel the cucumbers. Cut carrots, onions, peppers without seeds, radishes into thin strips.
