Kish is a very ancient dish, as they call an open pie with a savory filling. It has been cooked since the eighteenth century. It is shared by the Germans and the French.

- - puff pastry - 250 g;
- - ham - 120 g;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - tomato - 1 pc.;
- - chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- - cream - 40 ml;
- - milk - 40 ml;
- - hard cheese - 80 g;
- - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon;
- - flour - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash the tomato in running water and chop finely, preferably using a fleshy tomato. Chop the ham finely.
Step 2
Heat a skillet with olive oil. Put finely chopped onion, ham on its work surface, fry until golden brown. Remove from heat and cool.
Step 3
Sprinkle flour on the work area of the table. Lay out the dough, roll out to about 10 mm thick. Cut out two circles of the dough, slightly larger than the baking dish. Stretch the blanks a little after cutting. Coat the molds with oil, sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs so that the product does not stick. Pour the dough into molds, use a fork to prick in several places.
Step 4
Prepare the oven for baking ham and tomato quiches. Heat to 200 degrees.

Wash the eggs, break into a deep cup, beat with a whisk. Add cream and milk. Season with salt and blend. Mix the sautéed ham and onion and add the tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Spread the filling over the dough, flatten, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Using a tablespoon, fill the mold with the whipped mixture.
Step 7
Bake the ham and cheese quiche for 25 minutes. After removing from the oven, leave the baked goods for 5 minutes. Divide into portions, serve with vegetables.
