It is necessary

    • turkey fillet,
    • dry white wine;
    • lemon juice;
    • medium-sized onion;
    • garlic;
    • 3 fresh cucumbers;
    • three fresh tomatoes;
    • 2-3 fresh sweet peppers;
    • parsley
    • thyme
    • basil;
    • vegetable oil for frying;
    • flour for breading;
    • salt
    • pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the turkey fillet and dry thoroughly with napkins. You can cut each fillet in half if the pieces feel too big for you. Drizzle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside for 3-5 minutes to lightly marinate the meat.

Step 2

Preheat the skillet well and pour the vegetable oil over it. Dip each piece of meat in flour, shake off excess and fry on both sides over high heat to form a crispy crust. Do not pour out the fat, but remove the pan from the stove for a while.

Step 3

Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Try not to grate the garlic, it loses its appearance when frying and looks unappetizing. In a heavy-bottomed roaster, fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 4

Wash the parsley, basil and thyme well, sort out, remove the thick petioles. Dry and chop finely. Divide in two.

Step 5

Place the sautéed turkey fillets in a roasting pan over the onions and garlic. Add one hundred grams of wine and sprinkle with half the chopped herbs.

Step 6

Grill over high heat for two to three minutes, stirring gently. Then reduce heat and cover the dish. Simmer for about 15-25 minutes over low heat, depending on the size of the fillet pieces.

Step 7

While the meat is stewing, wash the bell peppers and carefully peel off the stalk and seeds. Cut into 0.5 cm thick rings and fry in the oil left over from the turkey roast.

Step 8

Wash cucumbers and tomatoes well, cut into slices and add to the pepper when soft. The vegetables should be lightly browned. Season with salt, pepper and stir.

Step 9

When the cucumber is tender, transfer the vegetable mixture to the turkey roasting pan. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes.

Step 10

Sprinkle lemon juice on the finished dish and sprinkle with herbs before serving. Boil potatoes for a side dish.
