"Cold noodles" - this is the translation of nenmyeon from Korean. This famous dish appeared several centuries ago and is still being prepared in North Korea. The noodles are prepared quickly, despite the large list of ingredients.

It is necessary

  • - 400 g buckwheat noodles;
  • - 300 g of beef;
  • - 100 g daikon;
  • - 1 hot pepper;
  • - ½ eggplant;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 1 cucumber;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - 4 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • - sesame;
  • - ½ cup soy sauce;
  • - 2 tsp Sahara;
  • - 2 tbsp. vinegar;
  • - cilantro, salt, black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to prepare fresh vegetables. Peel and seed the tomatoes and cut into thin strips. Cut the cucumbers, previously peeled from the skin, into strips. Finely chop the daikon and greens.

Step 2

Rinse the meat under running water and boil. Cut the finished meat into small strips. Do not empty the broth!

Step 3

Boil the eggs and cut them into 2 or 4 pieces. Boil the noodles, rinse them and add a little oil. Buckwheat noodles are cooked very quickly - just two minutes is enough.

Step 4

Pour oil into a frying pan and fry the boiled meat and diced eggplants in it, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a little broth. Excess broth must be evaporated.

Step 5

Bring the broth (main part) to a boil, add soy sauce, hot peppers and various spices, a little sugar and vinegar. Cool it down.

Step 6

Place cooked noodles, meat with eggplant, fresh vegetables on bowls and cover with broth. Place half a boiled egg on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. The dish is served only cold. You can add some ice cubes.
