  • - turkey fillet - 300 g;
  • - soy sauce "Kikkoman" - 2 tablespoons;
  • - hard cheese - 200 g;
  • - garlic - 5 cloves;
  • - green onions - 3-4 feathers;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and peel potatoes, cut into medium-thick slices. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the potato slices on both sides.

For further preparation of the quiche, use a split form. Cover its bottom with baking paper, coat the inner sides with oil. Place the potatoes on the bottom of the dish and on the sides. Spread the side potato circles with an overlap.

Pass the turkey fillet through a meat grinder, salt.

To pour, combine washed and chopped spinach, grated cheese and chopped garlic. Beat eggs in a separate bowl, add soy sauce and finely chopped herbs. Combine the egg mixture with spinach and cheese.

From the minced meat, make small meatballs, spread them and half the olives in the form over the potatoes. Pour the filling into the mold, distribute the tomatoes and olives on top. Cook the semi-finished product in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
