Puff pastry salad with shrimps, an excellent dish for any holiday. Once cooked and tasted, it can become your table's favorite dish.

- shrimp - 500 g,
- potatoes - 1 pc.,
- boiled carrots - 1 pc.,
- avacado - 0, 5 pcs.,
- chicken egg - 2 pcs.,
- gelatin - 2 tsp,
- drinking water - 0, 5 tbsp.,
- mayonnaise - 150 g,
- sour cream - 100 g,
- greens - a bunch,
- lemon - 1 pc.,
- peppercorns - 7-8 pcs.,
- bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.,
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the shrimps in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. In the water with shrimps, also dip the bay leaf, peppercorns. After taking out the shrimp, cool and peel.
Step 2
Pour gelatin with cold boiled water, stir, leave for 20-30 minutes to swell. Dissolve the finished gelatin in a water bath or using a microwave. Cool down a little.
Step 3
Mix equal amounts of sour cream and mayonnaise. Add gelatin to the mixture, stir.
Step 4
Cover the salad bowl with cling film, the ends should hang down. Put the peeled shrimps on the bottom of the salad bowl, grease liberally with the gelatin mixture on top.
Step 5
Wash eggs and boil hard boiled. Cool, peel, grate. Arrange them in a second layer in a salad bowl. Salt and brush with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Step 6
Cut the avocado pulp into cubes, pour over the lemon juice, lay the next layer in the salad. Brush with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Peel and cut the carrots into cubes, brush with mayonnaise, distribute in a salad bowl.
Step 8
Lay the boiled potatoes in the fifth layer, grate it. Salt, apply a layer of mayonnaise.
Step 9
Put the prepared salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. During this time, it will be saturated, the gelatin will harden.
Step 10
After taking out the salad bowl from the refrigerator, turn it over onto a beautiful dish, carefully peel off the film. Garnish the salad on a platter with lemon wedges, herbs.
