  • - vegetable oil - 50 ml;

  • - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
  • - flour - 3-4 glasses;
  • - salt - 1 teaspoon.
  • Filling:
  • - apples - 4 pcs;
  • - butter - 100 g;
  • - sugar - 1 glass;
  • - raisins - 150 g;
  • - apricot jam - 2 tablespoons.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour milk into a saucepan, put on fire and heat slightly. Then dilute dry yeast with it. Add granulated sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla sugar, as well as 2 proteins and 1 yolk to the resulting mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. Sift the flour through a sieve, then put it to the main mass. Knead the dough. It should not stick to your hands. Wrap in plastic wrap, put away in heat and do not touch until its volume is 2 times larger.

Step 2

Soak the raisins in boiling water for about 15-20 minutes. Then drain off excess water and grind it in a blender. With apples, do this: remove the peel and grate. Place in a skillet and fry in butter. Then add granulated sugar and raisins to them. Mix thoroughly. The pretzel filling is ready.

Step 3

Take a rolling pin and roll out the dough with it. Then place the resulting filling on it and wrap it in such a way as to make a roll. Lay it out to form a pretzel. Don't forget to pinch the edges or the filling will leak out. Beat the remaining yolk lightly and grease the future delicacy with it well.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, place the dish on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Send to bake for about 40-50 minutes. Brush the finished baked goods with apricot jam. Sweet pretzel is ready!
