Kiwi brings freshness to this hearty and delicious beef salad. The salad has a very unusual juicy taste; it also looks no less beautiful. They can have a quick snack during lunchtime.

It is necessary

  • - 150 g of beef;
  • - 70 g of arugula;
  • - 4 mushrooms;
  • - 1 kiwi;
  • - half an onion;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
  • - spices, olive oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse and peel fresh mushrooms, cut into slices. Sprinkle the mushrooms on top with dried herbs to taste, add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of sugar. Set aside so that the mushrooms are slightly marinated in this mixture - 30 minutes will be enough.

Step 2

Rinse a small piece of beef, place in a saucepan, cover with cold water and boil until soft. You can add salt to taste.

Step 3

Rinse the arugula, then dry on a paper towel. Put the lettuce leaves on a flat plate, then the pickled mushrooms and onions on top.

Step 4

Remove the boiled beef from the pan, cool, cut into thin slices. Place the meat on top of the mushrooms and onions.

Step 5

Peel the kiwi, cut into thin slices, which are laid on top of the beef. Sprinkle the salad with olive oil and pepper to taste.

Step 6

A delicious salad with beef and kiwi is ready, if you wish, you can decorate it with fresh herbs. After cooking, serve immediately, store in the refrigerator for no more than one day - the salad quickly deteriorates, it is better not to cook with a margin.
