New Year's salads are a visiting card of a hospitable hostess, and every woman wants to please guests with a delicious festive dish. Therefore, many prepare salads with noble red fish for the New Year's table, as it is always tasty and festive.
"Mimosa" with red fish
Ingredients:
- 200 g of red fish (lightly salted salmon, chum or salmon);
- 4 boiled eggs;
- 3 boiled potatoes;
- 1 large boiled carrot;
- 80-90 g of hard cheese;
- 1 small onion (white);
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- fresh dill.
Preparation:
1. To prepare a salad, you need a deep salad bowl, or a flat dish and a culinary ring.
2. The first layer is to grate peeled boiled potatoes. Spread a little mayonnaise on top.
3. Next, put the fish cut into small pieces.
4. Put a thin layer of chopped dill on the fish, then a layer of chopped onion, then mayonnaise.
5. The next layer will be chopped egg whites, a little mayonnaise on top.
6. Next - grated carrots and a layer of mayonnaise.
7. Decorate the salad with grated yolks or in any other way.
Salmon and rice salad for New Year
Ingredients:
- 1 glass of parboiled rice;
- 300 g of smoked or salted salmon;
- 2 boiled eggs;
- 2 pickles;
- 1 blue onion;
- a little mayonnaise to taste.
Preparation:
1. Boil rice and cool.
2. Cut fish, cucumbers and boiled eggs into cubes and place in a salad bowl.
3. Peel the onion and cut into thin ring quarters.
4. Add rice and mayonnaise to the salad, mix.
5. If necessary, you can add a little salt.
New Year's salad with salmon and avocado
Ingredients:
- 200 g fillet of lightly salted salmon or trout;
- 200 g avocado;
- a few lettuce leaves;
- 1/2 fresh lemon;
- 1 tbsp each honey and mustard;
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Preparation:
1. Cut the red fish into thin slices.
2. Peel the avocado, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.
3. Put avocado and salmon in a salad bowl or bowls, alternating layers.
4. Prepare the sauce: mix the juice from half a lemon, honey, mustard, olive oil and salt.
5. Pour the prepared sauce over the salmon and avocado salad. Decorate as desired - sesame seeds, herbs, fresh mint.
Salad with trout, Chinese cabbage and croutons
Ingredients:
- 150 g of Chinese cabbage;
- 100 g of crab meat or sticks;
- 100 grams of salted trout;
- 50-60 g of Maasdam cheese;
- 50-70 g of white crackers;
- mayonnaise / sour cream for dressing;
- pepper and salt.
Preparation:
1. Cut the cabbage thinly into strips.
2. Cut the trout and crab sticks into cubes.
3. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
4. Mix everything in a bowl, add pepper and salt, season with sour cream or mayonnaise.
5. Sprinkle the salad with croutons on top.
