Beef cooked in foil in the oven is a delicate delicacy that literally melts in your mouth. The essence of the dish (with small options) is that the beef is first marinated in a piece for several hours - from one to twelve, and then baked in foil along with the marinade. And therefore, there is a huge field for culinary imagination and there are also many options for baking. In the proposed recipe, several of the most successful marinade options are presented, and, therefore, the options for preparing this dish. And which one to choose is up to you!

- For the lemon cranberry marinade: ½ cup freshly squeezed cranberry juice
- ¼ cups butter
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- chopped parsley
- salt.
- For red wine marinade: 0.5 liters of dry red wine
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- parsley and dill
- a few peas of black pepper
- Bay leaf
- carnation.
- For lemon oil marinade: 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- spice
- greens to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking lemon-cranberry marinade. Heat butter in a saucepan. Add all the other ingredients - cranberry and lemon juices, honey, mustard, herbs. Mix everything, salt, heat over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Making red wine marinade. Pass the peeled garlic through the garlic or grate on a fine grater. Slice the onion into thin rings. Chop the parsley and dill finely. Put all the ingredients in a bowl: onion, garlic, herbs, pepper, bay leaf, clove bud. Pour in red wine, mix thoroughly. Place the pot on the lowest heat possible. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. At the end, add salt.
Step 3
Preparation of lemon-oil marinade. In a saucepan, combine olive oil and lemon juice. Add the rest of the ingredients there - salt, pepper, ginger, onion grated on a coarse grater, garlic, herbs, spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Basic recipe. Wash a piece of pulp, dry with a paper towel. Spread the foil in two layers, in the center place a quarter of orange peel with the white side down. The orange peel is placed so that the meat does not burn later and for additional flavor. Lift the edges of the foil up, thus making, as it were, a pot. Pour in one of your choice of marinades. Fold over the edges of the foil. Leave for 1 hour to marinate the meat.
Step 5
When an hour has passed, place the meat in foil on a baking sheet and place it in preheated to 220 ° C. Bake until tender - about 1.5 hours.
Remove the finished meat from the oven, free it from the foil, put it on a dish, serve both hot and cold with vegetables.
