Pancakes are small fluffy pancakes that are widespread in Canada and the United States. They are traditionally prepared for breakfast and served with condensed milk, ghee or maple syrup. - - 200 g of flour (it is better to take the highest grade);
- - salt to taste;
- - 300 ml of cream;
- - 3 g baking powder;
- - vanillin to taste.

Step 1
For convenience, take a deep dish. Use a whisk to beat the eggs and add the sugar, salt and vanillin. Mix all the added ingredients well. Now you can add the cream. Don't forget to stir. Add flour and baking powder to the resulting homogeneous consistency. Remember to stir constantly when pouring out the flour. You should get a dough that resembles thick sour cream in consistency.
Step 2
When the dough is ready, take the pan, it should be non-stick. Place the dough in a tablespoon in a preheated skillet. Smooth out the poured dough to make the pancakes even.
Step 3
Pancakes must be fried on both sides until golden brown. They cook quickly, so put the kettle on beforehand. Serve hot pancakes with jam or condensed milk.
