  • Potatoes - 3 pcs. (large)
  • Champignons (fresh or frozen) - 300 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Oat flour - 5 tablespoons + for crumbling
  • Dried dill
  • Paprika, pepper, salt - to taste
  • For frying - olive oil

Instructions

Step 1

Thoroughly wash the potatoes from dirt, but do not peel them. Pour clean potatoes with cold water, salt, put on fire and bring to a boil. Cook it in its uniform until tender, about 25-30 minutes. The potato is ready when the toothpick passes gently and smoothly into the middle of the tuber. Fill it with cold water, cool it a little and peel it. We pass the potatoes through a meat grinder or in a blender, but the last option is more difficult, because the puree will not grind evenly.

Step 2

Preparing mushrooms. If you use fresh mushrooms, then they need to be washed and peeled, if frozen, defrost them first. Grind the mushrooms in a blender into small pieces, but not puree. Three cloves of garlic on a fine grater, add it to the mushrooms.

Step 3

Mix the potato and mushroom mixture, add oatmeal, spices and salt to taste and knead the dough thoroughly. It shouldn't be very cool, but it should keep its shape.

Step 4

We make small cutlets. In my case, from the specified number of ingredients, 10-12 of them are obtained. Roll each in flour. Fry the zrazy in a little olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve zrazy with your favorite sauce and fresh vegetables.

Step 5

Garlic sauce (not lean) is great for potato zrazami: 200 g sour cream + a clove of garlic + dill + salt + a little milk or water to bring the sauce to a thinner consistency.
