This dish tastes very much like a regular puff pastry with meat and it is very difficult to immediately understand how exactly it is prepared.
It is necessary
- - 420 g minced meat;
- - 2 pieces of thin lavash;
- - 340 g of onions;
- - 320 g of hard cheese;
- - 230 g of tomatoes;
- - 4 things. eggs;
- - 150 g sour cream;
- - 120 g of mayonnaise;
- - 100 g of dill;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the minced meat with onions in sunflower oil. Cool down. Divide into two equal parts.
Step 2
Expand the pita bread, smooth it out, put the first part of the prepared minced meat on it with a thick layer.
Step 3
Thinly cut the tomatoes, put on the minced meat. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, chop the dill and sprinkle the minced meat with tomatoes on top, coat it with mayonnaise.

Roll the pita bread into a thin roll and carefully transfer to a baking dish, previously well greased with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Take the second pita and put the remaining minced meat on it and the same ingredients as on the first pita.

Mix eggs with sour cream and salt, pour prepared rolls with this mixture and put in a preheated oven for 35 minutes.

Then the dish must be taken out and cut into portions.
