It is the speed of preparation that is the distinctive feature and the main advantage of egg dishes over all others. Egg dishes are divided into several types: an egg cooked without additional ingredients; scrambled eggs, where some additives are used; omelets, which include water, milk, flour, as well as all kinds of additives - meat, vegetables; stuffed eggs and egg burgers; egg puddings, where the egg acts as a unifier; egg drinks.

- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- one onion
- two tomatoes
- 0.5 cups milk
- green onions and dill
- salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion, cut into neat half rings. Do the same with tomatoes.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan over a fire, add butter. Wait for the butter to melt and add the tomatoes. When the tomatoes are lightly browned, add the chopped onion. Saute vegetables until golden brown
Step 3
Beat eggs with milk, add salt and pepper, pour the mixture into a skillet and fry until hardened over constant heat.
Step 4
Wash the herbs, dry and chop finely. Sprinkle herbs over cooked scrambled eggs.
