  • semolina - 1 tbsp;
  • ground black pepper and salt;
  • greens and bay leaves;
  • butter - 35 g;
  • parsley root;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs;
  • fresh carrots - 1 pc;
  • onions - 1 pc;
  • peeled shrimp - 190 g;
  • carp or flounder - 1 pc;
  • sea bass - 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

Before boiling the fish soup, clean the entrails and scales from the fish. After that, rinse it thoroughly under running water and set it aside for a while.

Step 2

Take an enamel bowl, pour 2.5 liters of water into it and bring to a boil. Dip peeled parsley and onion in boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Now we need to boil the fish. Place it whole in a saucepan and season with salt. Use a slotted spoon to remove the resulting foam. Boil the ear without a lid for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Next, take out the fish and cool it slightly. Add julienned potatoes and carrots to the broth. Cook vegetables in until tender over medium heat.

Pour semolina into our ear with a thin stream. Add bay leaves. Remove the bones from the fish and place in a saucepan, bring to a boil.
