A very tasty egg dish that perfectly diversifies the festive table. This roll can be cut into thin slices and served with bread as beautiful sandwiches.

- - 300 ml of milk;
- - 100 g of premium flour;
- - 300 g of minced chicken;
- - 300 g of hard cheese;
- - 50 ml of mayonnaise;
- - 4 things. a clove of garlic;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 2 g of red ground pepper;
- - salt to taste.

Step 1
Such a delicate roll can be made with any filling; any minced meat or vegetable cuts are perfect.
Step 2
Take eight chicken eggs, beat them until frothy in a blender. Add milk to the beaten eggs and mix again, add a little salt. Add flour in small portions to the beaten eggs and stir. You should get a fluffy batter.
Step 3
Defrost the minced chicken well. Wash the garlic, peel and grate on a fine grater. Add garlic to the minced chicken and stir, add red pepper and a little salt. Let the minced meat steep in the refrigerator for twenty to thirty minutes. The minced meat should be well saturated with spices.
Step 4
Take a pan with a thick bottom, preferably a very wide one, to make the pancake large. Make three to four pancakes from the egg dough. Pour in a thick layer and toast on one side. From above, the pancake will be a little watery. Cool the pancakes.
Step 5
Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Lay out the pancake, evenly distribute a little minced meat on it, another pancake on top and again minced meat, and so on until the ingredients run out. Add grated cheese in the middle. Roll everything into a roll and secure with toothpicks. Top with butter and bake for half an hour. Remove toothpicks before serving.
