You can think of a lot with pasta. Crimean pasta has an absolutely indescribable taste - a dish prepared by mixing pasta and vegetables fried with mussels.
It is necessary
- - spaghetti;
- - onion;
- - carrot;
- - mussels;
- - Bulgarian pepper;
- - soy sauce;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil water, lightly salt it and throw pasta there - let it cook.
Step 2
While the pasta reaches the desired condition, finely chop the onion and place it in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil. Fry until the onion is light golden brown.
Step 3
Add chopped carrots and bell peppers to the onion. Keep on low heat, be careful not to burn this mixture.
Step 4
When the carrots are moderately softened, add the mussel meat. Ice cream is possible, but fresh or chilled is better. Stir the entire mixture occasionally to warm up the mussels evenly.
Step 5
Add soy sauce to this mixture.
Step 6
The pasta is already cooked. Discard them in a colander, rinse and mix with the mixture of vegetables and mussels that you cooked.
