Cool the finished brushwood, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Lush brushwood on kefir
You will need:
- 250 ml of kefir;
- one glass of flour;
- two tablespoons of cottage cheese;
- two eggs;
- half a teaspoon of baking soda;
- one tablespoon of sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- vegetable oil (for frying).
Preparation
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, beat the egg with sugar and salt. Mix cottage cheese with egg mass and kefir (the fatter the kefir, the more airy the brushwood will turn out).
Add flour and soda to the mass and knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands, let it stand in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Roll out the chilled dough to a thickness of three millimeters and cut it into diamonds. In the center of each diamond, make a notch and pass one of the corners of the shape into this hole (in the end, you should get figures that resemble curls).
Fry the resulting shapes in hot oil until pleasant golden brown. The air brush is ready.
