- Salted crackers 250 g;
- Bank of canned saury (pink salmon) 1 pc;
- Green onions - 1 bunch;
- Hard cheese 150 g;
- Boiled egg 4 pcs;
- Garlic 1 clove;
- Mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Making fish filling. Mash the canned fish with a fork along with the juice from the jar, add the onion and mayonnaise.
Cheese filling. Three cheese on a grater, add mashed clove of garlic and mayonnaise.
Egg layer. Separate 2 boiled yolks (for sprinkling). The remaining three eggs on a grater, combine with mayonnaise.
Step 2
Lay out the salad in layers on a large platter. The bottom layer is crackers (9 pcs).
2nd layer - egg filling;
3rd layer - crackers;
4th layer - fish filling;
5th layer - crackers;
6 layer - cheese filling;
Layer 7 - crackers.
Next, grease the top layer of crackers with mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely grated yolks.
Step 3
Decorate the top of the salad as desired.
In the warmth, it should stand for at least 2 hours, then in the cold for 1 hour. It is best to leave the salad in the refrigerator overnight. This will saturate the cracker layers as much as possible.
