It is necessary

  • - 1 orange;
  • - 4 pieces of chicken fillet;
  • - 200 g of light mayonnaise;
  • - 200 g of prunes (pitted);
  • - 200 g of crab sticks;
  • - 0.5 cups of walnuts (peeled);
  • - salt, black pepper, spices to taste, herbs (for decoration);

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet under cold running water, place in a saucepan and simmer for about 20-25 minutes over moderate heat until tender. Then remove the chicken from the heat and let cool in the broth completely. Then take out the meat, slightly dry it, cut into small cubes.

Step 2

Sort out the prunes, wash, pour boiling water for 30 minutes, then finely chop. Peel the orange, remove the white fibers and seeds, disassemble into slices. Use a sharp knife to free the pulp from the films. Cut the peeled orange pulp into small pieces, dividing each wedge into 3 pieces.

Step 3

Chop the crab sticks thinly. Chop the walnuts finely with a knife or chop in a food processor.

Place the prepared ingredients in portioned containers in a certain sequence: spread the chicken fillet on the bottom, then nuts, prunes, then an orange, and on top - crab sticks.

Step 4

Set aside a small amount from each ingredient (except chicken) to garnish the finished meal.

Season each layer of salad to taste with salt, black pepper and spices.

Step 5

Transfer the mayonnaise to a small container and beat with a fork or whisk until fluffy. Place the mayonnaise on top of the salad. Decorate the dish before serving with prune slices, chopped nuts, crab sticks and fresh herbs.
