First, rinse the meat thoroughly. Then cut the lamb or veal loin into portions (there should be one or two bones in a portion).

Rub with salt, pepper and fry in a very preheated skillet until golden brown.

Then put the pieces of meat in a deep frying pan, add the broth, fried onions, sour cream.

Put separately fried potatoes on top, cover with a lid and simmer until tender.
