Classic pancakes can be served separately or prepared with all kinds of fillings. Both sweet and savory ingredients can be used as complementary foods.

Step 1
Combine eggs, flour and sour cream in one container. Salt the mixture as you like. You can bring the mass to a homogeneous consistency using a mixer or a whisk.
Step 2
Pour melted butter into the resulting thick mixture. This ingredient can be replaced with regular still mineral water. Mix the mixture thoroughly again.
Step 3
Cover the container with the blank with a towel or cling film. Place the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes. Heat the frying pan over a fire and pour in a little vegetable oil, after a few seconds add a small piece of butter.
Step 4
Once the butter is completely melted, pour in a few tablespoons of the dough. Turn the pan so that the mixture covers the entire bottom surface.
Step 5
Fry the pancakes on each side for 2-3 minutes. They can be served greased with butter or used to make rolls, pancake pies and other dishes.
